How fast can you ship my chart?
Most personalised charts are made and shipped within 2–3 business days. If you'd like a proof first, ask in the Note to Studio at checkout and allow up to 3 extra business days for you to approve it before we begin.
Which countries do you ship to?
Every EU member state, plus the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland. Shipping is free across the EU on orders over €100. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the EU.
What is the best pen to use?
A fine-tip permanent marker for clean, lasting marks. We sell the one we use in the studio, and it's included free with every personalised chart.
How are they made?
Every chart is handcrafted in Småland, Sweden, on premium maple plywood milled in Austria. Fully made in Europe. Your design is printed directly onto the wood with solvent-free, UV-cured inks, not engraved and not vinyl, for a crisp, clean, eco-friendly finish.
How are they personalised?
Choose your size, colour, font, names and wording. Our designer sets your details in our artwork and prints them straight onto the chart, so the personalisation is part of the piece.
Are returns easy?
Yes. We stand behind our work with a 60-day Happiness Guarantee. If you're not completely happy, tell us within 60 days and we'll cover return shipping within the EU. Personalised charts can't be returned under EU distance-selling rules, but if anything isn't right we'll always make it right.
My chart was damaged in transit. What now?
We're so sorry. Email a photo to hello@kinandnotch.com and we'll replace it straight away.
Is installation easy?
Very. Adhesive strips and step-by-step instructions are included, so the chart goes up in minutes with no nails or drilling. There's a short installation video on our site.
How do I take it off the wall?
Slide a long, thin knife behind the chart to cut the adhesive strips, then use a plastic scraper and a citrus-based adhesive remover for anything left on the wall. Because it isn't fixed permanently, the chart moves house with you.
Do you offer VAT invoices?
Yes. Every order includes a VAT invoice in the confirmation email. Prices shown include VAT for your country.
